You will be working out in the comfort of your own home.
Most of our clients choose a place where they can lay down a yoga mat. Living room, office room, any room is fine.
Bottle of water, a chair, a towel and a great mental attitude to let your trainer help you with your goals.
If you want to use some tools we recommend resistance bands, a door hook for the resistance band, a mini band and some light dumbbells.
No, it is a month to month investment.
No, you will have your trainer’s full attention. This will ensure that you get the best possible training experience.
No, all you need is to show up and we’ll do the rest. If you happen to have any type of equipment already at home we will use that as well.
Not required. If you do however, we will develop a plan for you that can include some gym classes or cardio you can do at the gym.
Absolutely, we work with all major payment processors such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express to make sure your payment is safe.
We recommend that you stay with your schedule as much as possible but we understand situations outside your control. We will try to reschedule for that same week but if you must cancel let us know at least 12 hours in advance.
