How it Works

1. Get to know you

We take everything into account to know the right exercises that you can do. A proper exercise program comes from knowing your strengths and weaknesses. We’ll listen to you and consider your limitation but also strengths and build up on that.

2. Free Evaluation

We’ll set an appointment that works for you and your trainer. This will be a live 25-minute video call to assess your posture mobility, any previous injuries or surgeries. You will learn a lot about your body and your trainer will recommend the best plan for you.

3. Training

If we are a good match and believe we can get you the results you are looking for, You will be meeting with your trainer twice or three times a week. He or she will become your best fitness advisor and caring friend who will customized your workouts

4. Homework And Maintenance

In addition to training with your fitness expert. He or she will be sending you homework exercises in between your sessions that will
keep you consistent and moving forward in your health journey.
